Prepare Your System
1.1 Uninstall any old version of Office from your computer before proceeding. Old installations can conflict with activation.
1.2 Restart your computer after uninstalling to clear any leftover files or registry entries.

Download Your Office Version
2.1 Select the version you purchased below. A popup will appear — choose to download directly or copy the link.

Install the Software
3.1 Open the downloaded setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Enter Your License Key
4.1 Open Word or Excel after installation is complete.
4.2 When prompted, enter the 25-character license key you received.
4.3 Click "Activate" to open the Activation Wizard.

Choose Telephone Activation
5.1 The Activation Wizard will show two options — Internet or Telephone.
5.2 Select "I want to activate the software by telephone." and click Next.

Get Your Confirmation ID
6.1 Enter your Order ID and the Installation ID shown on your screen into the fields below.
6.2 Click "Get Confirmation ID" to instantly generate your unique Confirmation ID.

Fill in the form provided above on this page — enter your Order Number, Email, and Installation ID, then click "Get Confirmation ID" to instantly receive your unique Confirmation ID.

Complete the Activation
7.1 After you receive the Confirmation ID, click Back in the wizard and choose Activate via Internet. Enter the Confirmation ID when asked — your software will be activated.
7.2 For Office 2024 LTSC only: Do not go back. Click Activate via Phone, then enter the Confirmation ID segment by segment in each box, clicking Next after each — activation will complete automatically.
⚠️ Important Notes
  • Activation problems are often caused by traces of a previously installed version left on your system. These hidden files block the activation wizard from appearing correctly.
  • To fix this, use Geek Uninstaller:
    • Install Geek Uninstaller, open it, and search for Office.
    • Right-click the result and select Force Removal to wipe all residual files and registry entries.
