Please note that if a digital license is defective, we will first replace it with a new license code. If nothing works out, then only a refund may be considered, and only if it is requested via email to support@digiworld4u.in within 3 days of purchase, and only if the license key does not work.
No licenses will be refunded after this period.
Defective keycodes will be replaced. Defective codes can only be proven by the company, only with an output from Microsoft.
Refund will be processed and credited to the source account within 7 working days after we approve a refund request.
Once the digital license keys have been delivered via WhatsApp or email, refunds are not applicable. It’s crucial to acknowledge that once the keys have been dispatched, they are irreversibly transmitted, underscoring the impossibility of retracting them.
Software compatibility is entirely the responsibility of the customer to check, as we are the license seller only. All software is provided by the particular brand and remains the copyright of that company.
Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.
The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in the case of a duplicated order, and not any other case.
In MS Office 365, the platform only supports the display of your preferred name without the inclusion of the domain. We would like to clarify that this limitation is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for it.
It’s important to understand that due to this technical constraint, we are unable to accommodate refund requests related to the absence of the domain in your preferred name.
Once the order is received, it can’t be cancelled.
